Our journey began in 1994, with a simple vision and a small office. In those early years, we honed our skills in CAD drafting, serving diverse industries. We crafted electrical layouts for giants like Kirloskar Electric, designed civil drawings for Volvo, and even explored the intricate world of embroidery design. A pivotal moment came with the Keelara Mini Hydel project, where we took on the role of civil works consultant, marking our first foray into large-scale infrastructure. As we grew, so did our expertise. The turn of the millennium saw us venturing into new territories. We tackled the complexities of asphalt quantity calculation for major road projects, including the 28.9 km stretch from Gorgunte Palya to Nelamangala. Our work with the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike broadened our portfolio, encompassing consultancy and survey work for road widening and solid waste management. But it was our involvement in irrigation projects, starting with the Hebbehalla, Madhugadha kere project, that truly ignited our passion. This project sparked a specialization in irrigation engineering, setting the stage for our future focus. From 2010 onwards, we dedicated ourselves to mastering the art of water management. We secured numerous major irrigation projects from prestigious government bodies like KNNL and KBJNL. These included significant endeavors like the Singatalur, Moral, and Koppal Lift Irrigation schemes. We also collaborated on sub-contracted projects, further solidifying our reputation as a leading irrigation consultant. The projects listed on our website represent just a glimpse of the work we've accomplished. Beyond these, we've also contributed to numerous private projects, each one a testament to our commitment to excellence.
Specialization:Project area was located across River Krishna near Siddapur Village of Muddebihal Taluk Vijayapur Dist,Length of the bund is 10.93 km including Dyke portion, and the Height of the Dam above the Lowest foundation level is 25.81.FRL Survey of the dam was done.
Specialization:A Basaveshwara-Kempwad lift irrigation project aims to irrigate about 27,462 hectares in Athani at a cost of Rs 1,363 crore ($204.88 million). It will lift water from the left bank of the Krishna to cater to about 20 villages
Specialization: Planning of Polytechnic College including Laboratory and Interiors, Electrical Networks, Water supply, UGD, and Roads.
Specialization: The project was to lift 40cumecs ofwater to irrigate nearly 50,000 hectares, Water utilisation of this project is 12.815 tmc .1st Head Work near Marol (From RL 486.00 Mt to 580.00 Mt.), 2nd Head Work near Balkundi Tanda (From RL 580 Mt to 660 Mt.) The Beneficiary villages of this project are Koppal, Kustagi,Yelburga Taluk & Kankgiri of Gangavati Constituency Bagalkot District, Hungund & Badami Gadag of Bagalkot ,Ron Taluk of Gadag district. Its a challenging project for Preethi CAD. Designing of Head works,Jack well, Raising Main, Pump house and Electrical Network was our scope in the project.
Specialization: The project site was located in Kachvi village of Soraba taluk, the water allocation of the project is 0.15 tmc. The project aim was to lift water Varada river and supply to tanks for filling for certain duration of time, which will rejuvenate the ground water source as well as provide irrigation facilities to the command area of these tanks. The water being lifted from the proposed jack well near Kachavi village, the water is lifted in one stage. The water is proposed to be lifted form Varada river near Kachavi village (RBL534.350 m, Sump level – 532.753 m) to delivery Chamber DC (R.595.519) at Telagunda village, intake trough is proposed for the length of 150m and Propose Rising main length is 4.310 Km. The water will be lifted for static head of 100 M using working 1+1 standby numbers of V.T pumps of Capacity 290 HP & will be carried through 1 row of 410 mm outer dia MS pipe rising main is proposed. From Delivery Chamber water is filled for 26 + additional tanks through Gravity pipe lines of length 23.022 km.
We embarked on a consultancy project, tasked with bringing a vision to life – the Mookanan Resort. This wasn't just another project; it was an adventure into the wild. From the initial surveys and estimations, we knew this would test our mettle. The remote location presented a logistical puzzle, each piece needing careful consideration. Project management became a delicate dance, navigating the complexities of construction in such a secluded and challenging environment. But we persevered, driven by the desire to create something truly special. And now, standing proudly amidst the trees, the Mookanan Resort is a testament to our dedication. With 48 rooms welcoming guests, it's a haven born from the heart of the forest, a story etched in every stone and timber. We faced the wilderness, and from it, we carved a sanctuary.
